We offer two shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

4.3 International Shipping

We ship globally except to some Asian and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

You may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Drinkware (unless defective)

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Size or color exchanges are available for eligible items. You are responsible for shipping costs both ways unless the exchange is due to our error.
