Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping – Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

International Customers: We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Please note that customs/duties fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Columba piece as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase required
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene standards and product integrity, these women’s products cannot be returned:

  • Face Masks (health and safety reasons)
  • Drinkware (unless defective)
  • Electronics (unless defective, subject to manufacturer warranty)
  • Any item marked “Final Sale”

How to Return an Item

  1. Prepare Your Package
    Ensure items are in original condition with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or order confirmation.
  2. Complete the Return Form
    Copy and paste the template below into an email to [email protected] or include it with your return package.
  3. Ship Your Return

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval. Depending on your payment method, it may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). For PayPal payments, refunds are sent directly to your PayPal account.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges on eligible items:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
  • You’ll be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless the exchange is due to our error
  • If the replacement item is more expensive, you’ll be charged the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
