Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene standards and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned:
- Women’s Face Masks (for health and safety reasons)
- Women’s Drinkware (unless defective)
- Women’s Electronics (unless defective, subject to manufacturer warranty)
- Any item marked as “Final Sale”

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval. Depending on your payment method, it may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). For PayPal payments, refunds are sent directly to your PayPal account.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For size or color exchanges on eligible items:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- You’ll be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless the exchange is due to our error
- If the replacement item is more expensive, you’ll be charged the difference
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs/duties fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
Note: Due to international shipping times, please allow extra processing time for returns coming from outside the United States.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item from our women’s collections:

- Include photos of the damage/defect and your order number
- We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
